It is with great sorrow that DW Simpson must share that
on November 30, 2009, our managing partner and founder, Dave Simpson, passed away at home
after a long battle with cancer. A great friend and mentor to many in his lifetime, Dave
leaves behind family, friends and associates who deeply loved, cherished and respected
him.

The wake was held in Chicago on Wednesday, December 2,
2009, at the Brieske Herdegen Funeral Home on 1356 West Wellington from 3pm to 9pm.
The funeral was held in Chicago on Thursday, December
3, 2009, at St Andrew’s Catholic Church on 3546 North Paulina at 10am.
The family asks that, in lieu of flowers, donations may
be made in Dave's name to the Actuarial Foundation to
support youth education programs.
