Rhonda joined DW Simpson in 1999. Prior to joining DW Simpson, Rhonda spent ten years in marketing and advertising, working as a consultant to small businesses and as a writer/producer of television commercials.

As Director of Client Development at DW Simpson, Rhonda seeks out new avenues and opportunities where actuaries and other quantitative professionals can add value. Additionally, Rhonda works to expand the base of professional opportunities for our candidates. Rhonda also monitors the internet and job sites to ensure DW Simpson is aware of the latest opportunities in the field. She attends numerous actuarial meetings and functions throughout the year and travels to many on site client visits throughout North America. You can find her every year at the Society of Actuaries Annual Meeting, which she has attended for the past 10 years.

Rhonda earned her bachelor's degree in English Literature from the University of Illinois and studied advertising at the Medill Graduate School of Journalism at Northwestern University.

Outside the office, Rhonda enjoys gardening, reading and hiking through the national parks. She is married, has two grown children and lives in the Chicago suburbs with her husband and 15 year old half blind and deaf beloved dog, Alfie.
